1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LaoVisaGateway website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services or website.

2. Scope of Services

LaoVisaGateway provides consultancy and processing services for visas, work permits, business setup, licensing, translations, and accounting in Laos. All approvals and permits are subject to the discretion of relevant government authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information for visa or service applications.
• Ensure passports and documents are valid and submitted on time.
• Attend scheduled appointments if required by Lao authorities.

4. Quotes & Payments

• Service fees are provided via a written quote after eligibility assessment.
• A deposit is required to initiate processing; remaining balance is due upon completion.
• Government fees, embassy charges, and third-party costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Partial refunds may be considered only if the client cancels before submission to authorities. No refunds are provided for government or third-party fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

LaoVisaGateway is not liable for:

• Decisions made by government authorities.
• Changes in immigration law or business regulations.
• Delays outside our control.
• Losses from inaccurate information provided by clients.

7. Visa Refusal & Termination

• Visa Refusal: All approvals are at the discretion of Lao authorities. Service fees are non-refundable.
• Termination by LVG: Services may be terminated if falsified documents or fraudulent information is provided; fees paid will be forfeited.
• Termination by Client: Fees for work already completed will be deducted; remaining balances may be payable if government submission occurred.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved within Lao jurisdiction.
